LEG RealX offers three monthly subscription plans for real estate companies:

When clients make payments for properties through the LEG RealX platform, funds are held securely in your company's platform account. To withdraw funds to your bank account:

3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum $100)
4. Select your verified bank account
5. Confirm the withdrawal request

Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. A 1.5% transaction fee applies to all withdrawals to cover processing costs.

To apply as an agent on LEG RealX:

1. Register as an individual on the platform
2. Complete your profile with personal and professional information
3. Submit your real estate license/certification for verification
4. Apply to one or more registered real estate companies on the platform
5. Once approved by a company, you'll gain access to their listings and can start generating referral links

You can represent multiple companies simultaneously, and each company sets its own commission rates for agents.

The LEG RealX platform provides agents with a powerful referral system:

• Each property listing you access has a unique "Generate Referral Link" button
• When you share this link and a client uses it to make a purchase or rental, you earn a commission
• Commission rates are set by each real estate company (typically 1-3% of sale price or 10-15% of rental value)
• You can track all your referrals and their status in your agent dashboard
• Commissions are paid out monthly after the transaction is completed

Virtual inspections can be scheduled directly through the LEG RealX platform:

1. Navigate to the property listing you want to show
2. Click the "Schedule Inspection" button
3. Select available time slots (provided by the property owner/company)
4. Choose between live video tour or pre-recorded 3D walkthrough options
5. Enter client details and send the invitation

Your client will receive a confirmation email with a secure link to join the virtual inspection at the scheduled time.

All scheduled inspections appear in your agent calendar for easy management.

You can search for properties in several ways:

• Basic Search: Use the search bar on the homepage with keywords like location, property type, or price range
• Advanced Filters: Click "Advanced Search" to filter by:
  • Property type (house, apartment, commercial, etc.)
  • Price range and square footage
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Specific amenities (pool, garage, etc.)
  • Listing date and availability
• Map Search: Use the interactive map to explore properties in specific areas
• Save Searches: Save your search criteria to receive email alerts when new matching properties are listed

No registration is required to search for properties, but you'll need an account to save favorites or contact agents.
